U.S President Donald Trump confirmed the 25 percent tariffs on the auto industry yesterday but decided to not add additional tariffs on Canada and Mexico. Mark Carney told reporters that the country will fight U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods that remain in place. The city of Montreal meanwhile announced a 36 million$ emergency fund for small and medium businesses due to the threat of U.S tariffs.
